TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - Two qualities of GOD are mentioned here.

GOD is the mine of virtues means all virtues reside in GOD. All virtues are present in GOD. That is why thinking about GOD’s virtues is assumed to be one of the nine types of Navadha Bhakti (devotion). All the Scriptures describe the virtues of GOD.

Secondly, GOD is always eager for the welfare of all creatures. Just as a father is always striving for welfare for his sons, similarly, GOD is always eager for the welfare of all creatures. GOD wants welfare and betterment for all. Therefore, by establishing a relationship with GOD by devotion, our welfare and betterment automatically starts happening.

GIST FOR ALL RELIGIONS
  1. All virtues reside in GOD.
  2. With devotion when we get attached to GOD, our welfare and betterment are automatically ensured.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - When GOD killed Hiranyaksh, the Deities started praising him and said the above words.

Yogis devote their entire life in meditating the Divine Lotus Feet of GOD and yet find it very difficult to meditate them, Hiranyaksh was killed by the strike of those Divine Lotus Feet, hence by watching this even Deities could not stop themselves from praising his fortune.

Saints try throughout their life to see the tableau of GOD in their last time, but Hiranyaksh lost his life by watching GOD directly from his eyes, on seeing this, Deities praised his fortune.

GOD is so kind and so compassionate that He gives that ultimate position even to those who oppose Him, which noble people attain through tireless efforts.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - The above verse is about the conversation between Shri Vidurji and sage Shri Maitreyaji.

The point to note here is that when two GOD devotees converse with each other then the subject of conversation is always GOD. They talk about GOD’s narration, GOD’s Holy pastimes and GOD’s divine qualities. When two worldly people talk with each other, they will talk about worldly things but when two devotees talk, they would talk about GOD. Because devotees do not get any pleasure in worldly talks, they only get pleasure in discussion of GOD.

Another thing that is stated here is that GOD’s narration destroys the sins just as Bhagwati Ganga Mata's Holy water does. Listening, reading or speaking about GOD’s narration, whatever is done among these three, will certainly destroy our sins. It is a great remedy to destroy sins.

GIST FOR ALL RELIGIONS
  1. Devotees only get pleasure in GOD-related talks.
  2. Listening, reading or speaking about GOD’s pastime destroys our sins.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - The narration of GOD’s benevolent character is worthy of chanting, so devotees and saints have composed hymns on it. We should try to sing and chant these hymns in our daily life. We become pure by singing the benevolent character and divine qualities of GOD and our sins are also destroyed. This is an easy available means of realizing GOD. ShriGopijan regularly sang the Holy pastimes of GOD to realize GOD.

The second thing which is said here is that who would be so jolly to be satisfied by listening to GOD’s pastime. Singing GOD’s pastimes gives us both satisfaction and dissatisfaction at the same time. It pacifies our worldly heats and satisfies us and at the same time gives us so much ecstasy that we desire to sing more and more GOD’s pastimes and thus gives us dissatisfaction also.

GIST FOR ALL RELIGIONS
  1. Singing and chanting the GOD-related hymns makes us pure and destroys our sins.
  2. When we sing GOD’s pastimes, we become more eager and inclined to sing more.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - Sage Shri Kardamji said the above words while praising GOD. Four points are worth noting.

First thing, Only GOD is worthy to be praised in this world. That is why the saints and devotees never sing the praise of any worldly person, they only and only sing the praise of GOD.

Second thing, GOD is the basis of entire virtues. Third thing, even the yogis desire to visualize GOD in the end after they take birth as a human. Fourth thing, what is the result of eyes ? The result of the eyes is to visualize GOD. We see many worldly things by our eyes but after getting eyes the true result of the eyes is to visualize GOD.

GIST FOR ALL RELIGIONS

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - Sage Shri Kardamji said the above words while praising GOD. Two things are worth noting.

First thing, the Divine Lotus Feet of GOD are like a ship to cross this worldly ocean. Just as we cross the ocean in a ship, similarly, by taking shelter in the Divine Lotus Feet of GOD, we can cross this worldly ocean.

Secondly, those whose intellect is affected by illusion, they take shelter of GOD's Divine Lotus Feet only for the pleasure of trivial, momentary and fleeting objects. GOD blesses them also and provides them pleasure of objects. But true saints and devotees do not take shelter of GOD’s Divine Lotus Feet for any pleasure, they take it to cross this worldly ocean.

The second thing which is said here is that GOD is so kind and merciful that only by little worship, He fulfills all the desires and offers the demanded things. GOD is the fulfiller of desires and by little worship, He fulfills all the desires of devotees. By whatever desire one worships GOD, GOD allows him to achieve that thing. First thing, GOD says that His worship never goes in vain. It is an eternal truth that worship done in any condition or for any reason never goes in vain. GOD’s worship is always fruitful.

Secondly, GOD says that those saints and noble souls whose mind is concentrated in GOD, their worship is more fruitful. Here one principle becomes clear that more concentration in GOD’s worship brings more benefit.

First of all, by obeying GOD’s order, we become pure-hearted. GOD’s order means the order of Shri Vedas, the order of Holy Scriptures.

Secondly, by offering all our deeds to GOD we do not get trapped in the deed bondage and thus become free and attain GOD. In Shrimad Bhagavad Gitaji it is clearly stated that we should always devote all our deeds to GOD and should not seek any result for them.

By achieving self-knowledge we see the whole world situated in GOD and also see GOD situated in our conscience.

All enlightened saints have felt that the whole world is situated in GOD. In Shrimad Bhagavad Gitaji, at the time of viewing the Vishwaroop Darshan (world form vision of GOD), Shri Arjunji saw the entire universe in the pore of GOD.

Similarly, all enlightened saints have also experienced GOD within themselves. That is why Saint Shri Kabirdasji has written that why do you seek GOD outside, He is stationed inside you.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - When King Swayambhuv Manuji proposed Sage Shri Kardamji for the marriage of his daughter by obeying the order of GOD, then Sage Shri Kardamji said the above words.

Sage Shri Kardamji said that he will be worldly only till the birth of a child, after that, he will take retirement and will engage himself in GOD’s prayer because in his life GOD is the most acceptable.

The point to be noted here is that to whom we have given priority in life. In life, the first priority must only and only be given to GOD. After fulfilling our worldly duties, we should give primacy only to GOD. Even while fulfilling worldly duties we should give primacy only and only to GOD.

The point worth noting here is that when Gandharvas used to praise King Shri Manuji, he never indulged in it and instead devoted himself to the praise of GOD.

The creature takes great pleasure in listening to his praises but it causes his downfall. The Scriptures say that only and only GOD is worthy of praise so we should always sing and listen to the praise of GOD.

He spent most of the time listening and presenting GOD’s narration and in contemplation of GOD and thus not a single moment of his life was wasted.

We waste the moments of our life in vain by engaging them in pleasures. Only that moment of life is meaningful which is spent in worship, service and contemplation of GOD. Therefore, in our life, GOD should have priority and not pleasures.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - It is one of my favorite verses because one principle is rendered here.

The principle is that one who takes the shelter of the Divine Lotus Feet of GOD, physical, mental, divine and material troubles can never harm him.

By taking the shelter of GOD we can set ourselves free from sorrows of body, the sorrows of mind, sorrows due to wrath of Deities, economic sorrows due to lack of wealth and worldly sorrows.

What an easy way to be free from all sorrows and all we have to do is to take the shelter of GOD and no sorrow can harm us. But we do not take the shelter of GOD in life and therefore we always find ourselves indulged in sorrows.

This talk is in reference to Sage Shri Kardamji, who was a devotee of GOD and a great yogi and was able to satisfy all the desires of his wife Bhagwati Devhutiji by the Yogic power which he achieved due to the grace of GOD.

Those who have taken shelter of the Divine Lotus Feet of GOD and have satisfied GOD by their devotion, for them nothing in this world or any power of the world is unattainable. Our behavior and deeds should be righteous. Though we live in the illusive world, we should have reclusion and most importantly, we should serve GOD daily in some form. If we are not doing so, our human life is meaningless.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - It is an eternal truth that GOD enhances the honor of the devotees.

There is an immortal line of a hymn that "His self-honor may decrease but it is never seen that the honor of the devotee is decreased". GOD never worries about His own honor but He never lets the honor of his devotee be compromised.

Those who have ever undertaken devotion, have attained the highest respect in the world.

GOD always performs the Holy pastimes which increase the honor of His devotees. GOD brought the Mayra (Indian ritual in which the maternal uncle brings gifts in the marriage of nephew) of Nani Bai and increased the honor of His devotee Shri Narsi Mehtaji. In the entire world, no one had ever seen or ever heard about such Mayra.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - GOD said the above words in his preach to sage Shri Kardamji in His Shree Kapil incarnation.

First thing, GOD is Swayamprakash i.e. illuminates Himself. There is no source of illumination or light other than GOD.

Secondly, GOD resides in the conscience of all creatures. We all are part of GOD and since we are His part He resides within us as a visionary. Our ultimate search for GOD should therefore be inside us and not outside. Those saints who have experienced GOD have visualized Him in their conscience only. So it is desirable to be an introvert in search of GOD.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - The stage of compliance of asceticism of Sage Shri Kardamji is described here.

Sage Shri Kardamji got engaged in devotion and engaged his mind in GOD. Due to this he calmed and stabled his mind by getting free from ego, affection, happiness and sorrows etc.

Being introverted and having fixed his mind in GOD, he became free from all the bonds immediately. The perfect solution to be free from worldly bondage for the creature is to focus his mind towards GOD by devotion. In this way he will be free from all bondages otherwise there is no other source or way to get rid of worldly bondage.

So it is very necessary to divert the mind from worldly subjects and engage it in GOD. The mind is so agile that it runs after worldly subjects and never gets satisfied. It can only be satisfied by engaging it in GOD. Therefore, we should always try to engage the mind in GOD through devotion.
