TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - GOD said the above words to Shri Uddhavji.
Here, GOD Himself has described the glory of narration of GOD in His words. GOD says that His narrations purify all the worlds and are the means of the welfare of the creature. Therefore, we must listen to the narrations of GOD daily with reverence. We must sing and remember the Holy pastimes of the incarnation period of GOD. GOD can destroy the wicked by sitting in His dwelling with just a thought but GOD takes incarnation to grace the devotees and to perform Holy pastimes. Singing these Holy pastimes becomes an accurate means to destroy the sins and for the welfare of a creature.
Therefore, the creature must sing and listen to the Holy pastimes of GOD daily.
GIST FOR ALL RELIGIONS

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - GOD said the above words to Shri Uddhavji.
GOD says that the creature should always be dependent on GOD. There should not be any higher goal of the creature than surrendering to GOD. We should undertake the Dharma (religion), Karma (deeds) and Artha (wealth) only for GOD. The creature who is able to do so achieves the loving devotion of GOD. Devotion is such means that leads us to GOD and brings us into His shelter. GOD immediately adopts the person who takes the shelter of GOD by devotion and becomes dependent on GOD while living in the world.
Therefore, the creature should take the shelter of GOD by undertaking His devotion.
GIST FOR ALL RELIGIONS

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - GOD said the above words to Shri Uddhavji.
GOD says that devotion is attained through Satsang (Religious discourse). When we listen about devotion in Satsang then love towards GOD arises in our heart. Then we are attracted towards GOD and we try to attain GOD through devotion. When we attain the devotion of GOD then we start worshipping GOD. When we continuously walk on the devotional path we start experiencing the contiguity of GOD. Devotion teaches us to visualize GOD everywhere. A true devotee views GOD in all living and non-living things. The devotee views the world as full of GOD.
Therefore, a creature must undertake devotion and achieve the contiguity of GOD.
GIST FOR ALL RELIGIONS

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - GOD said the above words to Shri Uddhavji.
Shri Uddhavji asked GOD what are the characteristics of a devotee, then GOD told him several characteristics. Among those, one characteristic is that the devotees only trust GOD. A devotee has tremendous faith in GOD. Even in the biggest calamity, his faith in GOD never diminishes even a little bit. It is common among all the devotees that they trusted only GOD. They considered the world as an instrument but as a giver, they always saw GOD. The one who trusts only GOD, GOD does everything for him. GOD showers His grace and mercy on such devotees forever.
Therefore, the creatures must keep trust only and only in GOD.
GIST FOR ALL RELIGIONS

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - GOD said the above words to Shri Uddhavji.
GOD says that the creature should dedicate his dearest thing to GOD. The creature comes into this world and slowly he gets entangled in the fascination of different things. Some things are very dear to him and he cannot imagine his life without them. True devotion is that GOD should be most dear to us and we must happily dedicate our dearest thing to GOD. When GOD observes that we have dedicated our dearest thing to Him, He becomes happy. It is our submission to GOD that other than GOD nothing is dear to us. Then GOD graces us and makes our dearest thing infinite times more fruitful.
Therefore, the creature must dedicate his dearest thing to GOD.

In this verse, GOD has stated the glory of Satsang (Religious discourse). Satsang destroys all the indulgence of this world. GOD is not as pleased with yoga, religious observance, self-study, austerity, sacrifice, fasting, charity, yagna, pilgrimage and rules as much as He is with Satsang. GOD says that it is not related to one era, it is applicable to all eras. By Satsang even demons, monsters, animals, birds, human beings, and people of Rajoguni and Tamoguni nature have also attained GOD. GOD has given a long list of those who have attained GOD through the influence of Satsang. After giving the list, GOD said that there are many more who have reached GOD due to Satsang and have been blessed. With Satsang, we can seek GOD with utmost ease.
The glory of Satsang is immense and the creature should take advantage of Satsang to engage his mind in GOD.

How much Gopis love GOD, GOD Himself describes this fact here in His words. GOD says that as the rivers lose their name and form after their union with the ocean, similarly, Gopis even forgot their existence in the divine love of GOD. Gopis became so engrossed in GOD’s ultimate love that they even forgot about this world, the hereafter, the body, the husband and the son. Even after the separation from GOD, Gopis still contemplated GOD. GOD also remembered Gopis while staying far away and remained bound in their love.
Devotee and GOD have such a relationship that the devotee remains absorbed in GOD and GOD remains absorbed in the devotee.

GOD says that while exercising like this, the seeker should not panic at his failures but should engage himself in the same practice with more enthusiasm. When we try to concentrate our mind on GOD, our mind runs towards the world. We should make a constant effort to pull our mind out of it and put it in GOD. They neither have the wish to become an emperor nor do they want to become the owner of Rasatal which is even better than heaven. Here GOD has stated with paramount importance the glory of devotees who are devoted to GOD. We cannot think beyond of the feeling that GOD has expressed in this verse for His devotees. How much GOD loves His devotees and how much He honors them, it is to be seen here. GOD says that that devotee who forgets everything and only and only remains absorbed in meditation and contemplation of GOD, GOD constantly follows that devotee. GOD walks behind them with the thinking that the dust of the feet of that devotee should fly on to GOD and GOD becomes pure. GOD is the true idol of purity, and the Deities and all the creatures of the universe are eager to achieve the dust of the Divine Lotus Feet of GOD for purification. Yet GOD expresses such emotion that reveals the glory of devotion.
GOD always gives a lot of respect to His devotee and there is no one dearer to GOD than His devotee.

GOD says that the seeker who has just started walking on the devotional path and has not been able to win over his senses, worldly subjects pull him again and again and attract him. But if that seeker does not leave the devotional path and continuously proceed on that path, then he defeats the worldly subjects by the ever-increasing devotion. Devotion is so powerful that the worldly subjects do not entice the seeker undertaking devotion.

The capability of devotion is so great that the sins of the devotee are automatically destroyed and that soul becomes pure.
