When Maya does not affect ? (Maya does not affect when you are in the company of GOD)
By undertaking devotion the creature can reach GOD. The creature is like a particle of sand lying near the Divine Lotus Feet of GOD. Then the wind of Maya (illusion) blows with great speed and lifts it up and throws it into the world. But those whom GOD gives shelter, GOD keeps those creatures under His Divine Lotus Feet, then Maya cannot affect them. To some rare devotees, GOD provides the canopy of His Divine Lotus Feet, then Maya does not affect them. The only way to escape from Maya is to stay in the company of GOD under the Divine Lotus Feet of GOD. Maya becomes inactive before GOD and the creature is saved from the influence of Maya, otherwise, no one has been able to escape from the influence of Maya.
Therefore, if a creature wants to avoid the influence of Maya, then he should stay in the company of Divine Lotus Feet of GOD so that Maya becomes inactive in that creature's life.

Whom we should not let go from life ? (Do not let go GOD from life)
A person had a factory that was auctioned due to loss. He had money that was lost due to loss. It was his family who separated him in adversity and closed their doors to him forever. That person also had GOD whom he did not let go and stopped GOD in his life by falling at the Divine Lotus Feet of GOD. This became his biggest victory and he did not lose the bet of life but won the game of life. Due to not leaving the company of GOD, he finally crossed the worldly ocean, was freed from rebirth and reached the abode of GOD. From this, the principle emerges that even after effort, if everything goes away, then let it go and do not grieve but keep GOD with you and never let Him go from life. If GOD would remain in our life then our victory is certain. In Shri Mahabharatji, the Pandavas are a living example of this.
Therefore, one should never leave the association with GOD in life. One should not care about anything else that may be left behind but should never leave the association of GOD even by mistake.

Whom should we connect with ? (We must connect with GOD)
For true devotees, GOD belongs exclusively to them in one personal way. Though GOD is infinite, immense and governs trillions of universes, still GOD remains accessible to each and every devotee in a singular form. GOD is individually present, solely and exclusively for us. We can experience the contiguity of GOD. Sitting before GOD, we can keep our viewpoint before GOD. We can talk to GOD. We can shower GOD with affection. We can share all our troubles with GOD. We can humor with GOD and get sulk with GOD. We can pacify GOD and spend time in GOD's presence. It is solely the capability of devotion that makes such things possible.
Therefore, while fulfilling our worldly duties, instead of pouring our energy into worldly attachments, we should direct that same energy toward connecting with GOD. This is the true achievement of human life, ensuring our highest spiritual well-being.

What does GOD want from us ? (GOD wants our mind and our intellect)
GOD demands our mind and our intellect from us because we are the parts and GOD is our whole. Therefore, GOD has the right over everything of ours. GOD had made us for Himself because GOD wished to become many from one. Since we belong to GOD, GOD can ask anything from us. Yet GOD asks us neither our body nor our wealth, GOD asks purely for our mind and our intellect. Even while conducting worldly affairs, we could so easily give our mind and our intellect to GOD, but we do not do so. GOD wants us to surrender our mind and our intellect to GOD, but look at our misfortune that we give our mind to our wife, son and grandson, and use our intellect to earn wealth. In this manner, we offer neither of the two to GOD.
A soul should surrender its mind and its intellect to GOD so that GOD is pleased and our welfare is ensured.

Which earning is secondary ? (Earning of wealth is secondary)
Even if we spend our entire life earning wealth, building huge factories and businesses, and accumulating billions and trillions of riches, a lifetime's earnings of wealth is still useless. This is because it cannot grant us even a single extra breath. Just think that if the wealth earned over an entire lifetime cannot grant us even one extra breath and cannot improve our afterlife, then how secondary it truly is. On the other hand, the earnings of devotion bring about our welfare and salvation, liberating us forever from the cycle of birth and death. Devotion secures us a permanent place at the Divine Lotus Feet of GOD. One who engages in devotion no longer has to wander through 8.4 million species or return to this world again.
Therefore, after earning as much wealth as is necessary for sustenance, the rest of one's energy should be invested in earning the wealth of devotion. Only by doing so will our human birth become successful.

How should one be before GOD ? (One should become like an innocent child before GOD)
Before GOD, one should become just like a newborn, innocent child. A newborn child has no desires of its own, therefore, its mother fulfills its every need without being asked. That innocent child does not have to say anything to its mother because its mother automatically fulfills its every need without words. Similarly, if we become like an innocent child before GOD and do not run our own intellect, GOD will also take full care of us and fulfill our every need without being asked. GOD will protect us from every adversity and safeguard us always. GOD will do immense good for us and will never let us have downfall, nor ever allow us to go astray from the path. Trillions of times more than a worldly mother, GOD will take care of us. The only requirement is that we present ourselves before GOD like a newborn, innocent child.
In life, if we present ourselves before GOD as pure in heart as a newborn, innocent child, without any desires, our welfare is ensured.

How should we serve and worship GOD ? (We should serve and worship GOD with love)
Most people perform the service and worship of GOD either for the removal of some fear or for the fulfillment of some hope and desire. Most people do just that, but there are a rare few who perform the service and worship of GOD out of love for GOD. They are desireless and no self-interest of theirs is attached to the service and worship of GOD. GOD joyfully accepts the worship and service of such rare ones because GOD knows that behind it, there is no motive or self-interest of theirs. Such service and worship is extremely beneficial because it has the capacity to please GOD. The service and worship of GOD performed for freedom from fear or for the fulfillment of desires yields its result, that is, the fear is erased and the desire is fulfilled. But the one who performs desireless service and worship attains the very contiguity of GOD. All Scriptures, saints and devotees have always called upon us to perform the worship and service of GOD filled with unselfish and desireless love.
Therefore, the service and worship of GOD should be unselfish and desireless, and should be filled with love, only then does it bring about our supreme welfare.

Who saves the boat trapped in the ocean of worldly existence ? (GOD saves the boat trapped in the ocean of worldly existence)
If our boat gets trapped in a terrifying whirlpool in the ocean of worldly existence and there seems to be no way out, what should we do. We should call upon GOD and hope for GOD's merciful grace. The moment GOD's merciful glance falls upon us, that terrifying whirlpool opens up a path for us to cross. No whirlpool has the power to trap a soul that is the recipient of GOD's grace. The strength of GOD's grace is so immense that we can effortlessly cross the ocean of worldly existence. Therefore, whenever we need to cross this ocean of worldly existence, we must take shelter of GOD alone. There is no other way to cross this ocean of worldly existence smoothly. Success in crossing this ocean of worldly existence is possible only through GOD's grace. Hence, in life, one should strive to earn GOD's grace. A soul that has earned GOD's grace will not fear the ocean of worldly existence because it knows that GOD's grace will carry it across with great ease.
GOD's grace is necessary for running our day-to-day life, and it is equally necessary for crossing the ocean of worldly existence after death.

How should actions be performed ? (Action should be performed by keeping GOD at the center)
We should perform every action keeping GOD at the center and offering that action at the Divine Lotus Feet of GOD. GOD Himself in His Divine words in Shrimad Bhagwad Geetaji has given two reasons for doing so. The first reason is that the soul is a part of GOD, and the second reason is that the power given to soul to act is granted by GOD. We are part of GOD, and our power is given by GOD. Therefore, actions and labor performed without GOD go in vain. Now we should contemplate how many of our actions we have performed keeping GOD at the center. Is it not that most of our actions have been performed without keeping GOD at the center. Actions performed keeping GOD at the center and actions offered at the Divine Lotus Feet of GOD do not bind us in the bondage of action (karm), and we become free from their fruits. An action performed keeping GOD at the center will always be a noble deed. If GOD remains at the center of our lives, we will be saved from performing any improper actions.
Therefore, performing actions in life while keeping GOD at the center is the best way, and we should always do so.

How do we ensure virtuous deeds ? (Placing GOD at the center of life will lead to virtuous deeds)
When our life turns away from GOD, evils remain active within us, and sinful deeds naturally keep occurring through us. But when GOD enters our life through devotion, our intellect naturally refuses to perform wrong deeds due to GOD's Divine influence. Every action performed by keeping GOD at the center of life becomes a virtuous deed. As soon as GOD enters our life, our intellect becomes virtuous, and the inclination to commit sins vanishes. If GOD is not present in our life, our intellect incites us to commit wrong deeds and even shows us the path to do so. However, when GOD is present in our life, that very same intellect restrains us from wrong deeds and inspires us to perform good deeds. The intellect remains the same, yet when GOD is present or absent in life creates such a vast difference. When GOD is in our life, the intellect remains virtuous, and in GOD's absence, that same intellect loses its purity.
Therefore, one should always strive to remain in GOD's Divine presence. This is possible through devotion alone. Hence, we must undertake devotion of GOD so that we may attain the contiguity of GOD.
